Successfully leading Airmen and civilians in the USAF for 17+ years, Joseph Groce Jr. lives to serve and care for others. He aims to be the best servant leader and help create other servant leaders worldwide. Seeing firsthand how assisting hundreds of thousands of people in meeting their personal and professional needs helped them heal from old and new wounds and exceed in life, Joseph learned that the highest level of leadership solely serves others. His purpose was further validated by research articles and journals from his graduate program in Organizational Leadership at Regent University.
Combating the idea that being a leader is "lonely at the top," Joseph sets out to encourage, educate, and empower people to be true leaders by serving wholeheartedly and selflessly in their families, organizations, and communities. By adopting the servant leadership style, Joseph will help you go from competing (scarce mindset) to cooperating with others (abundance mindset), which will achieve results beyond your expectations.
"The greatest character a leader can aspire to will always be to serve others." - Joseph Groce Jr.
