With over 18 years of experience leading military members and civilians in the United States Air Force, Joseph Groce Jr. has dedicated his life to serving others. As the visionary behind The Servants Council, Joseph equips individuals and organizations to lead with heart, humility, and purpose. Having impacted hundreds of thousands through his work—helping people heal, grow, and excel—Joseph has seen firsthand how servant leadership transforms lives and cultures. His passion is fueled not only by experience, but also by academic rigor, drawing on research from his graduate and doctoral studies in Organizational and Strategic Leadership at Regent University.
