The Awakened Leader Academy (ALA)

The world is increasingly facing leadership challenges, marked by high work tempos, relational divisions, ethical ambiguity, and declining trust. While many leadership development programs emphasize competency and performance outcomes, fewer intentionally develop the internal transformation necessary to sustain healthy influence and long-term organizational flourishing. This gap creates conditions in which technical proficiency outpaces character formation, reducing leaders’ ability to cultivate trust, steward influence responsibly, and lead adaptive change.

Enter the Awakened Leader Academy (ALA), a leadership development course that cultivates spiritually grounded, servant-oriented leadership through increased self-awareness, reflective practice, relational engagement, and purposeful action. Using servant and transformational leadership principles, adult development, and biblical leadership values, ALA helps participants move beyond task competency to an internal awakening that informs their external influence.

ALA is an experiential workshop model comprising four modules that integrate guided reflection, leadership diagnostics, narrative exercises, facilitated discussion, application activities, and personal development planning. Participants will engage in structured learning experiences that strengthen identity awareness, values alignment, emotional and spiritual intelligence, and leadership intentionality within organizational contexts.
